Steps to reproduce.
1) Start .Net order processor service
2) Configure the database such that PHP_CLIENT -> PHP_BS -> DOTNET_OPS
3) Login and click 'Quotes/Trade'
4) Click on an item to 'Buy' it.
5) Close the .Net order processor service
6) Click the 'Buy' button to buy the number of shares you want
Creation date column is having an incorrect date.
