I can help out with WIKI edits. Should we hold off until Metro gets added to
trunk?
I'm also willing to add Metro to the Interop wiki, but that should probably
wait until Metro is committed to trunk.

Keep in mind, it is still very rough, but I wanted to replace the manual.doc
ASAP. It'd be great if someone else could run through the setup on a fresh box
and improve the doc.
