I didn't know about the different links to cwiki

1.  http://cwiki.apache.org/STONEHENGE/
2.  http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STONEHENGE/

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems the second link is for providing 
edits/changes while the first link is for end users.

If that's the case should the install guide link from the Incubator homepage 
(http://incubator.apache.org/stonehenge) point to first link?  It currently 
points to the second.

No, I also could not see it. IIRC It had a "show children" option, which
shows all the other pages.
