Here is a preliminary patch which adds an Advanced Configuration page.
This allows the user to modify/add service names, URLs, etc. entirely from the
front-end.
If anyone has the time, feel free to test this out and play around with it.
NOTES:
- Some of the ASP.NET controls were not working properly so there is a little
bit of hacking to have the controls work dynamically. If anyone can see a
cleaner solution, let me know.
- The field validators are not implemented in this patch - they are commented
out because I was having some trouble with the standard URL validator.
But we should definitely think about implementing field validators soon.
