Avantika,

I got the patch installed and tested with .NET last night.  I didn't have a 
chance to test using JAVA or PHP.  One thought alreadly is that in theory we 
should be able to remove the address setting on the clients in the 
(app/web).configs.  this may actually help you in debugging, as it would 
through an error if you weren't supplying an address.
