No, neither have me. I'm working on advanced config service, and will move on to the URL setting very soon.
So we need to make a decision on what we'd like it to be. I think providing a page allowing user to input the address like in PHP is a good way to do it. How do you think? If you agree, can you update the proposal to include it first, so we can start according to the proposal.
