There are no changes done to the PHP client yet. I added the
getProfileIdFromStsIdentifier operation to WSAS business service. I
tested with the .Net client without making any changes to the PHP
client.

I think it's easier if things are version controlled. For me it's
kinda painful adding patches and then keeping track. But I'm ok with
whichever is comfortable to others.
