You're welcome.
What the component does is that it sends the
"privatepersonalidentifier" as the default SAML attribute. I think
there should be a request asking for claims. So that this component
will not be needed.
As I understand, the passive STS specification doesn't specify what
attribute should be sent by default. So, that's implementation
dependent.
