As we are pushing towards M2 (it would be great to get it done in time for 
ApacheCon, which means by the end of October), I think it would be helpful to 
have a little more rigor around status reporting.  I guess the main tracking is 
that folks have JIRA tickets for what they are working on.  But I think a 
weekly email from those who are actively working might be helpful as well.  

I am thinking very simple: High-level tasks, where things are, blocking issues, 
 estimated dates of completion.

Workstreams I can think of off the top of my head where status would be helpful:
* Getting the Metro CBS set up by the .Net developers who will help with 
interop testing (Ben, Joby, Nick, Pablo)
* WSO2 M2 implementation in general
* Finalizing the .NET Active STS
* Interop Testing (once we get to that point)
* Update of security bindings between BS and OP to use latest versions of 
standards
* Adding user name token over TLS to .NET and WSO2
* Docs
* Packaging for release

Is this a good idea?
