Never mind, the Fedsp.xml file is there. It's Fedsp.dotnet.idp.xml.
So the configuration in the OpenSSO idp would be,
1. Fedidp.dotnet.idp.xml
Fedidpx.xml
2. Fedsp.dotnet.idp.xml
