No computer in the world would be able to assess how many foreigners "work"
on the territory of former Yugoslavia, uninvited, who invited themselves.
Especially they are numerous in present Yugoslavia, FRY. UN, EU, OSCE,
Council of Europe, NATO, KFOR, UNMIK, SFOR, Red Cross, Red Crescent
(international and national) and so on, and so forth. Hundreds of
journalists and "journalists" are a separate story. Also separate story is
"delegations", states' and non-states', composed of specialists of various
kind, who come "to talk", meeting officials from the top to the bottom of
the state, including janitors in apartment buildings. (The greatest
scoundrels and enemies of Serbian people among them, "Russian" minister for
foreign affairs Kozirev and Reichsleiter Richar Halbrooke, used to brought
numerous delegation for talks with Milosevic consisting of specialists whose
only task was to study him psychologically, to watch how Milosevic reacts to
certain expressions used!!). Hundreds, maybe thousands, of other
international and national state and NGO "representatives" "work" in
Yugoslavia "to help" Serbian people. Joined with the fifth column in
Yugoslavia it is a force greater than NATO.
No one denies that there are among them those who sincerely want to help and
who came here with no mental reservations, wit sincerity, and we thank them
from the bottom of our tormented hearts. But, this does not in any way alter
the fact that all of them are wheels in a big monstrous concept of
"complete intelligence cover" of the entire Yugoslav territory, its
government and in fact every its citizen. Never in human history a country
was so entirely covered by foreign intelligence and spies. The case
described below is only one small example of their work.
When, in the final analysis, the whole story of the crimes committed against
Yugoslavia and Serbian people by "international community"came to light,
probably the greatest one will be this crime of the total intelligence and
spy coverage of a country and nation.
P.S. This morning in Belgrade is cool and clear. The view from Kalemegdan at
the mouth of the Danube and Sava is magic. The most beautiful in the world.
Comparable only to the view at the Plitvice Lakes I remember from my
childhood, once in all tourist text books called "the most beautiful place
on Earth". We lost Plitvice exactly six years ago to the greatest monsters
in history, ustashe. This view from Kalemegdan tells me, I don't know why,
that we will never loose it to anybody. We just mustn't.

Dutch Woman Arrested, Suspected of Trafficking Kosovar Children
PRISTINA, Jul 31, 2001 -- (Agence France Presse) UN police
administering the Yugoslav province of Kosovo have arrested a
Dutch woman suspected of trafficking children out of the
province, a UN spokesman told AFP Tuesday.
A source close to police said that investigators were working on
the theory that the children were sent to The Netherlands to work
in the pornography industry.
The woman, in her 40s, who works for a European non-governmental
organization in the province was arrested in Djakovica, western
Kosovo on Monday, said Neeraj Singh.
"A Dutch female national working for an NGO was arrested for
suspected trafficking in children," he said, without elaborating.
The woman was taken for questioning in Pec on Tuesday.
Police have opened an investigation to establish the size of the
operation that the woman is thought to have been operating and
whether she was acting alone.
Investigators are also trying to determine where the children
were being sent.
The offices where the woman worked were broken into overnight,
the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) spokesman added.
Police have not revealed the woman's identity.
