Hi Darragh,

Google has detected your site being cleaned up, but they are not aware
that you indeed did anything to helt this happen. You should inform
Google, by means of their Webmaster Tool, that you are aware and
request a review of the pages.

This enabled Google to quickly remove the warning as they know with
certainty that someone responsible is indeed involved in the process.
