Hi, It looks like you've fixed the problem.
http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=www.elephantresearch.co.uk It says "This site is not currently listed as suspicious." and "The last time Google visited this site was on 10/09/2008, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 10/08/2008." Google search results for your site don't have the warning either. Now you should find out how your site was infected and prevent future re-infections. At least, change all passwords (FTP and DB). BTW, using a Mac is not a bullet-proof protection against viruses...
