Hi Made, It's nice to hear your site no longer contains malicious code.
I know, sometimes Google's Safe Browsing Diagnostics reports are confusing and even contradictory. As an example you can check the report for www.google.com http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=www.google.com It would be interesting if Googlers comment on this. For most people, the only meaningful section of those reports should be "What is the current listing status for ...?" And this secion says that your site is not currently listed as suspicious. The rest section add details to the current status and some history records. In your case, it says that over the past 90 days your site contained malicious code, but since 2008-08-25 it is clean. And I guess that after November 25, this message will be changed to ".. suspicious content was never found on this site within the past 90 days."
