The diagnostic page tries to give as much information as possible,
but
sometimes that can be a bit confusing. The automatic scanners are
constantly running, looking for both malware and for sites that have
been cleaned up. The label isn't removed until the scanners do a
comprehensive review of a blacklisted site, even if a few clean pages
are found. If they only looked at clean pages yesterday and no other
pages have been looked at today, that's the sort of message that will
appear on the diagnostics page.

If a blacklisted site has been cleaned up, the automatic scanners
will
figure that out - but it may take a few days. The fastest way to get
a
site off the blacklist is to manually file a review via Google's
Webmaster Tools (http://ww.google.com/webmasters/tools/) once you've
cleaned up the site.

Hope that helps,
O.
