If you site was reinfected so quickly either the host system is infected - contact your hosting company for direction there -- AND/OR -- you have a keylogger trojan on your computer, in that case you need to first change your passwords - all of them -- from a different computer, clean your site, get your computer cleaned up.. I highly also suggest a freeware program (you can google for it) called Key Scrambler debbie
