Are you sure that the U.S. Army and Brown & Root don't
import them also? From Brussels, say, where there's a
surplus of this profession.
By the way, brousing the IWPR site, it's astonishing
that there are no human rights violations -
mistreatment of 'political' prisoners, suppression of
dissident media, confiscation of narcotics sold for
arms - in NATO/PfP nations. They only seem to occur in
countries being targeted by NATO. Knowing how
singlemindedly NATO is committed to the defense of
human rights, I suppose that's only natural.
