Yes, alright, but following the last recommendation after having 
search your system for those files, you'd find the entries:

"Doc Find Spec MRU\b DESKTOP.EXE"
or 
"Doc Find Spec MRU\b DESKTOP.DLL"

It doesn't mean you're infected. They're simply a reference to the 
recent searches you made using windows "find file" tool (Win + F)
