The war in Bosnia was slightly before my time. Can someone give a precise brief of what happened and how it happened. All I really know about Bosnia was that it was an ethnic war and that dreadful atrocities were committed, which are being addressed by the International Criminal Court. I am interested only because of the information given in Professor Keith Buchanans terrific analysis on " Geography of the American Empire. ", about CIA involvement in Yugoslavia pre 1970.
