That CIRCUS Called Elections, Bulgaria, June 17,
2001
by Blagovesta Doncheva
Sofia

The truth about the political situation in Bulgaria in
the eve of the US (CIA) - NATO-EU CIRCUS, called
Elections, is as follows:

The main teams (arranged according to their popularity
at the moment) are:

1/ Simeon II National Movement (MNS II) (Some of my
friends call it UDF III*.

Some curious remarks about the leaders of the Kings
candidate-MP Lists follow. They are:

1/ Solomon Passi de Atlantic, NATOist Nr. 1 in
Bulgaria. He has made several remarkable and memorable
statements, namely:

 F off the Orthodox religion!
The NATO bases in Bulgaria should be NUCLEAR! We will
not agree to anything LESS!
The Balkans should be divided to monoethnic
protectorates!
Isnt he WUNDERBAR?

2/ Stojan Ganev, the guy of well-known Moon the
Messiah and his Unification Church. He has lived in
USA for several years on a run, teaching in the Moons
University in New York as I have gathered. Much money
is invested in him. And he invests part of them in
some of Kings Movement followers. It is whispered
that Stojan Ganev-Moons lobby inside the Movement is
the biggest one.

3/ Emil Koshlukov, former UDF students activist, he
has studied in a US University for several years.
(Think about his eventual secret studies.) The US
lobby is enlarged.

4/ Many former UDF activists who moved in groups to
the Kings Movement. Guys of Sofijanski, the UDF Sofia
Mayor, a very grim figure he has been successfully
destroying the city and its citizens for some years.
No wonder he is approved for a future Premier of
Bulgaria (by Those Who Pull the Strings from abroad).
In this way he will be able to use his exterminating
talents at a national scale!

Those people are divided between the US and EU lobby.

5/ Some young executive officers from some EU banks,
sons and daughters of the former Bulgarian Communist
Party nomenclature, turned into capitalist high rank
clerks. We are talking about the EU lobby (too weak,
according to me. The US lobby is overwhelming at
least I see it so.)

6/ Some greedy to be in the power and some weaklings
who like the opportunity to talk in the Parliament.
Here money and threats will say their say.

So much for the people from the Great Kings Movement.

The King himself has not much room for eventual
maneuvering: he has graduated from US military
academy. (Everybody surely knows the deeper meaning of
that fact.)

His name and his authority are lavishly used to

1/ drag the people to the polls on the Election day.

2/ fill up some Lists of Candidate-MP with names of
people as the ones quoted above. (He himself is not in
the Lists in this way he will evade any
responsibility for what is going to happen in Bulgaria
after the Elections.)

Simeon II Borisov will deal maybe the last deadly blow
to the Bulgarian people by playing the baits that will
lure them to the polls on the Elections day. His
Majestys views and moral (or, shall we say, his
degree of dependence?) are clearly demonstrated by the
following two stories:

A. During the NATO aggression on Yugoslavia the King
had given an interview to a Bulgarian Daily. He said
that he is FOR THE BOMBING, FOR THE AGGRESSION - FOR
THE DEATH!

That was in the spring of 1999 after some
insignificant Collateral Damages, which had evaporated
lots of civilians lives, kids among them!

B. Two years later, on April 4, 2001, he was asked by
a journalist at the Sofia Airport what he thought
about the Agreement NATO-Bulgaria that was under
ratification in the Parliament at the moment. His
answer had been:

If it is with NATO, then it is for something good.

End of the quote.

The NATO-Bulgaria Agreement was in fact that infamous
Mrs. MacDeath AllDarks Appendix B to the Rambouille
Treaty - only FRY was replaced with Bulgaria*!

So much for the King and the Kings Men (with some
of the horses as well!)

2/ UDF (the Union of DEMONIC Forces, or Union of the
most ardent US/NATO-EU Local Servants).

Their foreign policy in the last two-three years is
well known. Remember the very dirty game with the plan
Podkova (Horseshoe). Remember the corridors they
had given to US-NATO aggressors in 1999. Do you follow
their dubious police re Macedonia now?

Their tragedy originates from their passionate desire
to sit simultaneously on two chairs - or to carry two
watermelons under one arm, as the Bulgarian saying is.
The two chairs/water-melons are EU and US. Not easy,
is it?

Some words for their home policy. Under the IMF and
WB orders they have successfully destroyed the

Bulgarian industry,
Health Care system,
traditionally good Bulgarian education.
They have secured drug corridors for the Albanian drug
traffickers (they love securing corridors!); they have
taken pains to criminalise Bulgaria: murders of
elderly and children, girls and young women
kidnapping are long a part of our daily life in the
inferno they have turned Bulgaria into!

Officially it is announced that the unemployment is 20
%. It is double that figure.

The Creeping Genocide changed to a Galloping one under
their rule*. They exterminate the population with
relish it seems.

That is for the Union of Demonic Forces.

3/ BSP (Bulgarian Socialist Party of the Big
Capital)

BSP is the Brother Party of UDF. People call it the
UDF Opposition Branch. Any need of additional
comments? NO!

4/ DPS (the Turkish party, called Movement for Rights
and Liberties WAW!)

They are a special creation and have a specific task
to fulfil. It is enough to look at the two Albanian
Parties in the Macedonian Parliament. (Guess whose
turn it will come after Macedonia? Greece or
Bulgaria? The question is opened. Votes are invited!)

5/ Lots of other smaller and insignificant parties
follow.

Only one of them, a left-patriotic coalition, declares
openly that it is against NATO but even if it passes
the 4% barrier to the Parlaiment*, its representatives
will be a very small number to have some influence.
They cannot be a solution. Nevertheless I wish them
success: they will offer some original speeches in the
new Parliament. Maybe. What they apparently have not
understood yet is that the ELECTIONS HAVE LONG STOPPED
TO BE A SOLUTION. Look what happened in
September-October 2000 in Belgrade! The events then
had proved to all and sundry that when the Electoral
CIRCUS do not exactly go according to the Masters
Plan, the Masters call out all the Kings horses and
all the Kings Men (in this case the Masters troops
of Local Servants ** plus infiltrated Thugs and
Agents) who successfully patch Humpty-Dumpty together
again i.e., interfere DRASTICALLY and put things
STRAIGHT as the interests of the US Multinationals
ultimately demand!

All the main teams, participating in that CIRCUS, have
declared they are for:

NATO;
IMF;
WB;
EU.
Three of those international institutions are with
predominantly US participation or under US
transnationals command, namely: NATO, IMF and WB.

The frames of the Bulgarian home and foreign policy
are strictly defined by the relation of the so-called
Bulgarian political elite with those four
international institutions.

Conclusion: notwithstanding the end winner in the
CIRCUS game, called Elections, there will be no
difference whatsoever for Bulgaria and Bulgarians.

As you see, THERE IS NO CHOICE.

Our march to the Globalizers slaughterhouse will only
be quickened. Now they keep the prices for two months
at a certain level. But it is already announced that
the electricity price will soar up after the
Elections. It means that all the prices will soar
up. It means that more people

will flee the country
will go to look for their daily bread in the dumping
containers, or
will simply die (some of them by jumping from high
floors, as the custom is in the towns, or by hanging
themselves, as the custom is in the country)

AFP Story

What Peter Stojanov is ordered to do is to draw a part
of the eventual votes from MNS II back to UDF. Why?
The NATO King has already announced several times
that his Movement will enter into a coalition with UDF
after the Elections! It means that the Bulgarian
voters will be cheated again! They have rushed to the
Kings Movement mainly to punish their 4-year
torturers from the UDF! And still they act as if they
are blind and deaf. They say I will vote for the Tsar
(king)! and they ignore what he says, they even
ignore his candidate-MP Lists!

The Bulgarian voters have not understood yet that the
Bulgarian political space has long been preserved ONLY
for Bulgarias Masters Guys.

Some Bulgarians still believe that something depends
on them, poor souls!

Having in mind the Kings declaration about
after-election coalition with UDF, what does that
pitiable man, Stojanov, mean in fact?

First, it is interesting to know some details about
the main character of AFP story, Peter Stojanov.

Stojanov has been chosen for a President of Bulgaria
by the Bulgarian branch of some well-known US Agency
just because he is an insignificant man as a character
and intellect, totally deaf morally: the typical gray
Nobody. Such men are easily commanded, they are
secure: no unpleasant surprises here! No personal
opinions, nothing. Only his Masters speak through him.

In regard of that AFP article we think that what They
maybe want is more balanced presence of UDF in the
future coalition that will secure:

1/ the posts of certain present ministers (they are
already bought, why to repeat the same operation
again?), and

2/ UDFs strong hold of the Parliament (UDF has
already proved to be a 100 % reliable! Why to risk?)
If not fully controlling the new Parliament, UDF at
least should be able to effectively block its work
when necessary.

That is what is aimed at, probably.

N.B.! In that AFP article through Stojanov The
Masters (Big Brothers, etc.!) are openly manipulating
the Bulgarian voters by LIES and THREATS!

My friends and I will BOYCOTT DELIBERATELY AND
PURPOSEFULLY T-H-E-I-R Elections!**

They are THEIRS; they have NOTHING to do with us.

The US-EU Bulgarian Servants, Killers of their own
country and people on the basis of Commands and
Demands from FOREIGN Forces and Institutions promoting
FOREIGN interests are only redistributing the local
power and it is a power at a low level, power that
concerns ONLY THEM!

Will there be any difference if a Batch of Murderous
Servants is replaced by another Batch of Servants to
the SAME Masters (BB)?

Only a good mighty KICK in the pants of the MASTERS
themselves can offer the way out!

The solution is in the BASIC CHANGE OF THE SYSTEM, in
the BASIC CHANGE OF THE HOME AND FOREIGN POLICIES of
Bulgaria!

That cannot be achieved with personnel change of the
local servants!

And because the US-type of Elections offer only
REPRODUCTION of the system, the only way of resisting
at that stage (!) is the

 BOYCOTT OF THEIR ELECTIONS!

That is our Appeal to the Bulgarian voters. Let us
show to them that we have understood THEIR dirty
little games!

There are signs that the eventual boycott of THEIR
Elections definitely worries the Master Beyond the
Ocean and EU, as well as their common local servants.

Recently aggressive TV programs are running under the
title VOTE! Vigorous boys and girls appear demanding
from us all to VOTE. For several minutes they
conjugate that verb: I will VOTE! a boy shouts. He
will VOTE! a girl screams enthusiastically, and adds
in crescendo: We will VOTE!

The CIRCUS deepens.

Here it is time to mention the local elections in the
autumn of 1999. For the first time the Bulgarian
voters had given a good lesson to their local and
foreign torturers and killers: they refused to vote in
their majority. And the media space had overflowed
with excited squealing, jumping and rumbling. Evgeni
Bakargjiev the Bulldozer/Trotil, etc. again won the
palm of supremacy in the contest for the most idiotic
explanation of the unexpected phenomenon amid the
avalanche of hysterical screeching, mumbling and
fumbling. It is very simple our Hero the Bulldozer
said. The weather was fine, and the people went
fishing and mushrooming to the rivers and woods, that
is all. Isnt it wise? Isnt it brilliant?

The prognosis for the Bulgarian voters participation
in the coming June 2001 Election grew gloomier in
the autumn of 2000. And the Masters Planners
(Think-tanks) rolled up their sleeves, dug out the
mouldy King from Madrid, dusted him off and kicked
him onto the Bulgarian political scene in the
winter-spring of 2001!

It has proved to be a clever move: the poor,
desperate, misled people here have rushed after him as
if he is some new Messiah!

It is very much doubtful if there will be Bulgarians
left four years from now on. It is very, VERY doubtful
if there are going to be more Elections in Bulgaria.
Four years are too much time nowadays. Either the
Bulgarian population will disappear altogether, or
Bulgaria will be torn to parts, or served as it is to
Turkey. There is a strong belief here that the
ultimate aim of the Ugly Uncle Sam his dream of
dreams! is to secure Albanian-Turkish boundary on
the Balkans

THE BOYCOTT OF THE ELECTIONS offers the only way of
resistance - at that stage!

"If voting could really change things, it would be
illegal."

Anonymous

It might be best if abstainers could register their
protest, and if there were a space on the ballot paper
for "none of the above". But even if you think the
politicians are rogues, why legitimate their behaviour
by voting? Stay at home. Your country needs your
apathy.*

Bulgarian "Stability" Warning as Former King Tipped

for Poll Win

SOFIA, Jun 8, 2001 -- (Agence France Presse) Bulgarian

President Petar Stoyanov warned voters not to believe

"pretty promises" Thursday, in the latest blast by

Sofia's ruling elite aimed at ex-king Simeon II who is

tipped to win elections this month.

And he forecast that the impoverished country, which

has made huge strides towards Western integration over

the last four years, faces a real threat of

instability depending on the outcome of the June 17

ballots.

Soaring in the polls with pledges to cut poverty and

clamp down on corruption, the fledgling Simeon II

National Movement (MNS II) is threatening to oust

Prime Minister Ivan Kostov's ruling coalition in the

poll.

On Thursday, Stoyanov joined the fray warning about

the country's future.

"When political illusions of today turn out to be

without foundation tomorrow, we will all have to pay

dearly for their collapse," he said in an address to

the nation.

While not mentioning Simeon II by name, he added: "On

the eve of elections for a new parliament, the

political situation is heavy with uncertainty."

Kostov's ruling United Democratic Forces (UDF)
coalition, which took office in 1997, has been
embraced by the West for its willingness to push
through painful economic reforms deemed necessary to
transform the ex-communist country into a fully
functioning market economy.

But the closure of so-called non-viable industries and
a wave of privatizations have left nearly 20 percent
without work, and others below the poverty line as the

cost of living rises.

Simeon, who has spent most of his life in exile after
fleeing the communists in the 1940s, found his
ambitions to re-enter the political arena welcomed by
many of the country's disenchanted poor when he
returned to the country earlier this year.

This week he has attempted to broaden his support,
bidding for the backing of public sector workers with
promises of an increase in wages and pensions for
teachers and police.

He also pledged interest-free loans for small
entrepreneurs wanting to set up businesses, and said
he would free companies from paying tax on profits as
long as these were reinvested in the company.

His economic advisor Milen Veltchev said the extra
money for these schemes would come from EU funds given
to Bulgaria to prepare it for entry into the western
club, the World Bank and the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development.

He added that the coalition's pledge to crack down on
corruption would also be a money spinner, particularly
at customs where officials are thought to turn a

frequent blind eye to imports demanding duties in
exchange for a bribe.

The UDF moved quickly to condemn the proposals.

Kostov branded them "populist" and "empty".

Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Petar Jotev
declared the MNS II objectives would spark off
inflation. "They cannot be realized," he said.

Meanwhile Finance Minister Mouravei Radev singled out
plans to aid small businesses with interest free loans
as "dangerous", because of the risk the money might
never be paid back.

And waving much coveted EU entry at the Bulgarian
people, the government's negotiator for membership
Vladimir Kissiov warned that these "vague messages

risk pushing Bulgaria's date of entry into the EU far
into the future".

Kostov's UDF, while still trailing behind the
ex-king's coalition, has in fact picked up in the
opinion polls from a miserable position just two
months ago.

The most recent survey carried out by the ALPHA
Research polling institute give MNS II some 38 percent
of voting intentions, against 25 percent for the UDF.

At the end of April, when the ex-king's coalition was
formed, MNS II were running at 53 percent in the
polls, and the UDF at 18 percent. ((c) 2001 Agence
France Presse)

* UDF I the one from 1989-1997: it was a coalition
of parties. UDF II after 1997, Kostovs UDF - a
party.

* It was ratified on April 6, 2001 by the Bulgarian
Parliament with only 3 (three) persons against. UDF
and BSP were unanimously for it. Tweedledum and
Tweedledee in action!

* Bulgaria is second in demographic collapse in
2000: the dead are with

41 408 more than the borne ones, and the natural
population growth is negative: minus 5,1 per a
thousand. Only Latvia among the countries-candidates
for the European Union membership has worse result
than ours: minus 5,5 per a thousand. All other East
European countries have more moderate negative
population growth (SEGA Daily, June 7, 2001, p. 1and
3.)

* Acc. to the Bulgarian Election Law, more than 4 % of
all the voters must vote for a certain party in order
that its representatives become MP.

** like the notorious Mayor of Cacak and the valiant

** I personally have BOYCOTTED all the Elections
since 1992.
