Javier:
It's probably true that Kostufullofnonsence doesn't have the
authority to overule legislative decisions taken, in tandem with U.S
goverment demands, by Djinkic et company. But, nothing is forcing
him and his party to maintain a coalition and majority in parliament
with his supposed nemesses. That is purely a decision of
Mr.Fullofcrap alone.
Even as the official head of state -- liklely a temporary position
given the imminent arrival of the Royal family -- I would expect him
to have the power to block bills he deems undemocractic. Recall
that biils or decisions passed in parliament under a federal system
must be signed by the President, or the Head of state, in order to
become law. I'm sure the same would apply to decrees.
Yet, I'm not aware of any of Djinkic's regressive, retroactive and,as
such, illegal, bills ever being blocked by Mr Man of the
Constitution(someone enlighten me if I'm wrong! ). Not that this
should come as a surprise from a man who's decision to become
bed-buddies with Djinkhead -- a reputed gangster, not to mention,
the prototypical quisling -- preceded by his decision to railroad the
Yugoslav electoral process, not to mention, topple a democratically
elected President, has transformed his country from a once proud
nation, to one on the verge of becoming the new Albania of Europe -
- economically depressed, corrupt, undemocratic with a
colonial/feudal status. This all occuring under the reign of a man
who, aside from his empty criticism of U.S and EU policy, has
backtracked on every one of his supposed electoral promises. I'm
guessing he won't have too many sleepless nights over this latest
debable.
