So kind of them to lend Yugoslavia a tiny fraction of the amount of money
owed by it for the criminal damage caused by its bombs and sanctions - which
have not yet been lifted. Yugoslavia does not need this money - it managed
to pull itself together after World War 2 under Tito with no external help
from anyone. Of course, the republics of former Yugoslavia could reunite and
do what Germany did after that war. That would really upset the Germans,
Natoists and their Albanian friends who tried to destroy and control south
central Europe.
