Bomb Damages Greece Brokerage Firm

ATHENS, Greece (AP) - A bomb exploded outside the offices of a brokerage firm
in Athens Sunday, damaging the building entrance and several vehicles, police
said. No one was injured.
The blast, believed to be caused by dynamite, occurred in the capital's
western Aegaleo area and also shattered the windows of several nearby homes.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
Obscure anarchist groups carry out dozens of arson attacks in Athens each
year, typically targeting the offices and cars of government departments,
diplomatic missions and large companies. Extortion gangs also carry out bomb
attacks.
