Ken is a little too kind. The noted pdf file was a couple slides
from a presentation I gave around a year ago to an open solaris users
group. The bullet points look nice but you won't find much meat in
there unless you attended the matching presentation.
I recommend you check out the excellent white papers on iSCSI by the
Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA).
http://www.snia.org/ipstorage/home
Then once you get the basic understanding of iSCSI down search at
http://docs.sun.com for "iscsi" to get more solaris specifics. The
Solaris Administration guide has a good outline on the usage of the
Solaris iSCSI initiator, Solaris iSCSI target, and iSCSI storage
array/bridge products sold by Sun.
Just to be fair other storage iSCSI vendors also have very good
papers on iSCSI and iSCSI's usage on Solaris. Even if you don't use
a 3rd party product I recommend you check out some of the white
papers on their sites. Atleast two of the major vendors out there
have extremely good introductions to iSCSI on Solaris. (I'm avoiding
giving names so I don't get beat up by the Sun folks.)

Here's an excellent doc that contains both general iSCSI info and
specifics on the Solaris iSCSI initiator:

This document also contains links to other iSCSI docs.

guys, I'm newbie into this world of iSCSI and I need to understand
it.
Here, in my environment, arrives a new storage based on this
technology.
So, please, can anyone tell me where I'll find some documents
about iSCSI and how to use this on OpenSolaris ?
I'm trying to use iscsiadm tool to reach the storage. I need to
understand this architeture.
TIA,
