The iscsitadm man page will be integrated into build 53.

Im running SXCR NV49, and grepping through /var/sadm/install/contents
for "iscsitadm\.1m" does indicate it was installed. For good measure,
I also did a (find / -name "iscsitadm*") in case the file was snuck
into
the O/S by a package cpio archive, but whose name did not make it
into the package prototype file.
