We'd go check the IAM file for the case to see who owned it, and ping them.
In this case, the case exposure is open, so the IAM file is available on

where you find that Alan Perry is the PSARC sponsor and that Fir Qin is the
submitter (and thus likely the/a responsible engineer for the work that's
being done).
Admittedly, there's no way to figure out their email addresses from just
that information without being inside Sun, but note that the mail log is
also available, and that contains raw email addresses you could use.
Of course, there's still no way to force them to respond even once you've
sent them personal email, but one would hope they'd get the message (so to
speak).
