I'm not convinced. If you also care about HA then you put those two
interfaces in the same subnet but via different switches. Then you
can't make use of dladm aggregations (protocol limitation not dladm).
Now if you use MPxIO with IO load balancing you still get similar
throughput to your config and have much better HA.
