This will also include an upgrade to Sun Cluster 3.2, which is 
where the ZFS support arrives.  You will need to copy the
data, which is also the safest way of performing such

I would recommend mirrored zpools, though I'll admit to 
being biased.  The important point to remember is that
ZFS can correct data problems if it has access to data
redundancy.  By default, it will only have redundant
metadata.  If you want redundant data, then you'll want
to let ZFS mirror across your storage LUNs.  For the
truly risk averse, having the LUNs also RAIDed in the
array is a good idea.
