i also cannot use M$ initiator with with opensolaris iscsi target.
i tried version 1.06, 2.01,2.02, 2.03 on windows XP connecting to
a Solaris Express community build 54 machine. i hade exported a
sparse vdev as described at http://cuddletech.com/blog/pivot/
entry.php?id=775 (ZFS and iSCSI Integration: Two Great Powers
Collide).
it doesn`t work - i can "see" the iSCSI target, but after logging
in , M$ initiator is constantly dis-/re-connecting
any fixes for this ?
Not yet. I've spoken with Microsoft about this and they've given me
some pointers on how to enable debug output from the driver. The
debug output doesn't give any information why it's closing the
connection. So, the search continues.
