Unfortunately I cannot chek it now. I had to run cfgadm unconfigure/configure and after it mpathadm got back to normal state, didn't type an error message.
Do you see the device with sequence #7 okay? If you have left the syslog entry, the log will show. Just want to check if the device really exist.

Anyway, it looks like a bug: if driver cannot recognize one of devices, the 
mpathadm cannot go on and query other ones.

Please file a bug against product nws_san_foundation_kit/cat san_foundation_kit/ subcat mpatham.
We will look inot it.
