This is slightly off topic.  I noticed it in your logs...

The iSCSI Initiator SMF service is pretty pointless.  It has/had to goals.  1) 
To workaround a devfs problem.  This bug was resolved in S10U1.  2) To do 
reverse name lookup of domain names returned as part of a send targets 
response.  I have yet to see a iSCSI target return a domain name in the send 
targets response.  Although it is defined in the standard.  

Unless you know one of these two topics is a problem then I recommend you leave 
this service disabled, as it is/was by default.
