If you are using FC disks,
# luxadm -e dump_map /dev/cfg/cx
# cfgadm -alo show_SCSI_LUN
You can get the disk WWN information.

If you want to get GUID of FC disks, 
just enable mpxio, then the disk name will contain its GUID. (inquiry
page83)
