There is bug 6559250, synopsis iscsi target fail to modify target size,
addressing this issue. And the fix was putback on June 18th.
http://cvs.opensolaris.org/source/history/onnv/onnv-gate/usr/src/cmd/iscsi/iscsitgtd/mgmt_modify.c
But from my experience, the initiator needs to reboot to see the
increased size on iscsi target.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I have been
struggling with trying to modify a zfs iSCSI target and can’t figure
out what I am doing wrong.
Here is what I’ve been trying;
# iscsitadm modify target --size 15g test-zvol
iscsitadm: Error Missing iscsi name in target configuration
# iscsitadm modify target --size 15g
iqn.1986-03.com.sun:02:e951a9d7-8082-e11a-b3fa-b3c7954c0dab.test-zvol
iscsitadm: Error Target not found
I can do this without a problem so I’m pretty sure I have the target
name correct;
# iscsitadm modify target -l testacl test-zvol
Here is the output from list target;
# iscsitadm list target -v test-zvol
