It's obviously not my place to say what will or will not happen since
I no longer work at Sun. So I'll leave the official answer up to them.

But, if Sun is looking for input, which seems to be the case, I would
suggest having both available. OS's support multiple pieces of code
which supply similar functionality, so why not multiple targets.

Unless things have changed within Sun, I would expect to see the
COMSTAR project released as part of the NWS consolidation, while the
iSCSI Target is part of ON.
