After some checking, it appears that Sun's LSI driver might support all SCSI
and SATA raid controllers.
So the Sun LSI driver has been extensively tweaked so that it will recognise
most LSI Raid Controllers, I have added the SAS controllers as an experiment.
The driver can be downloaded from ftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED]/pub/lsifloppy61.zip
In order to use, format a floppy and then unzip file to floppy

# fdformat -Ud
# unzip lsifloppy61.zip -d /floppy/floppy0/.

The driver has been tweaked to recognise the following cards, which all appear
to share a common driver:-

Intel(R) RAID Controller SRCU41L SRCZCRX SROMBU42E SRCS16 SRCU42E SRCU42X
MegaRAID Express 500/500LC RAID Controller Driver
