Any chance of you dropping me a line or discussing this further if you've actually demo'd this in a lab? We're actually keen to use this as a live SAN for our network, and I'm trying to sort a Sun lab demo with our account manager at the moment to prove the concept. I've actually done far more writing up of the idea now, including a little presentation of where I think you can go with this (will try to attach the PDF). Fair enough, speed is limited by your connection speed. But ultimately that's true of any SAN. And at least here, you can spread the load amonst many servers :) Ross PS.
