I think I just hit this problem with Nexenta RC1: Witness:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/bonnie++-1.03a# zfs list NAME USED AVAIL REFER MOUNTPOINT syspool 1.18G 225G 24K none syspool/rootfs 1.18G 225G 790M legacy syspool/[EMAIL PROTECTED] 24.6M - 683M - syspool/[EMAIL PROTECTED] 8.59M - 672M - tank 20.6G 3.53T 18.0G /tank tank/xen 2.60G 3.53T 2.60G /export/xen tank/zones 43.0K 3.53T 43.0K /zones [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/bonnie++-1.03a# cd /tank/ [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/tank# ~/bonnie++-1.03a/bonnie++ -u 0 Using uid:0, gid:0. Writing with putc()...done Writing intelligently...done Rewriting... System crashed right on the rewriting bit, and seems to have corrupted the rootpool as well as grub is not booting now. I Nexenta is using b69. The system was otherwise unloaded, except for a single XenSource NFS domain image.
