I've been playing around with the COMSTAR drop and have run into a few problems.
Let me be the first to point out that I'm not expecting miracles from the first drop of code, plus that I'm running it on Solaris 10 and therefore will happily be told that all bets are off; however, I'm guessing that the code was released in order to garner feedback, so here is some. I initially set it up using the steps at http://typo.submonkey.net/articles/2007/11/19/opensolaris-as-scsi-target but, after a reboot of the system running COMSTAR, none of the LUs could be seen from the initiator and I had to delete all of the views and "sbdadm lu-create -r" them all again.
