A couple of things about the rule
1) for now the Windows side is case sensitive which means
the case should match with however both user/group name and
domain name os defined on Windows.
I'm not sure if this has been fixed in 79 or not, idmap folks
can comment on this.
2) the domain part should be FQDN
3) use "idmap dump" to see if the rule has actually generated the
expected mapping.
If you don't get the correct mapping you won't get expected access
permissions.
