Intel has given the Open FCoE source code with BSD license to Sun, and we could use it as a reference. But this does not mean we are going to port everything, because we already have the FC initiator stack (Leadville), the target framework (COMSTAR) and an expandable utility. Even the two new drivers will differ from Open FCoE protocol driver a lot, since they have totally different top and bottom interfaces.
