A stable zfs send format coupled with some guidance on how to do
disk-to-disk and disk-to-tape backup.  Ideally this would have two

seem like obvious candidates

lsof    the kernel needs to be enhanced to provide a stable interface
        to global and non-global zones, lsof needs to be enhanced to
        use that data.

top     yeah, I know that prstat is "better".  It doesn't change the
        fact that my users get upset if it is missing.
