You should use cfgadm to disconnect the targets from your
host:

# cfgadm -c disconnect cX::(target)


where X and (target) are found by looking at the output
from the command "cfgadm -lav -o show_SCSI_LUN".

Refer to the cfgadm_fp(1M) manpage for more details.
