Martin,

Does RAC Cluster depend on Solaris Sun Cluster?

What Operating System are you looking at for Oracle RAC Cluster?

If you want all 4 hosts to see the same disks and the software handles
the fencing, you can technically plug in all 4 hosts (though you will
want to run test configurations for a while...we have done quite a few
of these configurations here). The JBODs have a variety of
multipathing, clustering and multihost support in test (there are many,
many scenarios/variants that have to be tested). Many of these efforts
depend on operating system driver availability and we will roll these
out as quickly as we can test it (in all cases, the JBODs have the
features and it is either test or driver enhancements that have to happen).
