Yes, you can trunk ethernet interfaces in Solaris.  You could also 
spring for a 10Gbit ethernet interface if your switch will support it. 
The iSCSI protocol does not care how the network data gets delivered.

COMSTAR is to allow Solaris to provide SAN type service (i.e. fiber 
channel).  This is currently bleeding edge.  For this you would need 
fiber channel or use fiber channel over ethernet (FCoE), which is even 
more bleeding edge in OpenSolaris.
