Can anybody help me with this? I've set up a raidz pool using three snv_103
iSCSI targets. After rebooting one of the targets I can't find out to
reconnect it.

It appears that iSCSI has reconnected since iscsiadm and iscsitadm both show
that there is one connection to the target again (after this dropped to 0
during and immediately after the reboot). However, zfs still reports the
device as offline, and format shows the device as unknown.

These are the steps I used to create the targets, initiators and pool, and what
I'm seeing after the reboot:

************************
1. CREATING TARGETS

# format < /dev/null

AVAILABLE DISK SELECTIONS:
       0. c1t0d0 <DEFAULT cyl 1955 alt 2 hd 255 sec 63>

          /[EMAIL PROTECTED],0/pci1000,[EMAIL PROTECTED]/[EMAIL PROTECTED],0
Specify disk (enter its number):
# zpool create os4pool c1t1d0
# zfs create -V 2g os4pool/volume
# zfs set shareiscsi=on os4pool/volume
cannot share 'os4pool/volume': iscsitgtd failed request to share

Note: despite this error, the target was created fine, and seems to work
perfectly.

At this point I had a fully working pool, I could even share it out over CIFS.

3. AFTER REBOOTING
************************
After I rebooted the iSCSI target, it looked like the iSCSI initiator
reconnected, and this is what I now see on the target:

# iscsitadm list target
Target: os4pool/volume
    iSCSI Name: iqn.1986-03.com.sun:02:912a2204-35d8-48ee-8d95-ed504c6fa024
    Connections: 1

And on the client:

# iscsiadm list target
Target: iqn.1986-03.com.sun:02:81993fde-b712-65cc-91d3-8b87412f0f23
        Alias: os3pool/volume
        TPGT: 1
        ISID: 4000002a0000
        Connections: 1
Target: iqn.1986-03.com.sun:02:912a2204-35d8-48ee-8d95-ed504c6fa024
        Alias: os4pool/volume
        TPGT: 1
        ISID: 4000002a0000
        Connections: 1
Target: iqn.1986-03.com.sun:02:16c99162-39f0-60b1-bada-ad6d3ebb6924

        TPGT: 1
        ISID: 4000002a0000
        Connections: 1

However, ZFS and format seem to be having problems with the disk:

# zpool status
  pool: iscsipool
 state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices could not be opened. Sufficient replicas exist for
the pool to continue functioning in a degraded state.
action: Attach the missing device and online it using 'zpool online'.

I tried using zpool replace, to see if that would help, but that just gives
this error:

# zpool replace iscsipool c2t600144F04934FAB300005056964D9500d0
cannot open '/dev/dsk/c2t600144F04934FAB300005056964D9500d0': I/O error

Can anybody tell me what I need to do now to get this disk recognised again by
format and zfs?
