Just upgraded from b77 to b105 on a X4100M2 system with a 6140 array
attached. Seems "fcinfo hba-port" and "luxadm probe" cannot find the
QLogic QLE2462 adapter installed on this system:
  # fcinfo hba-port
  No Adapters Found.

  # luxadm probe
  ERROR: No Fibre Channel Adapters found.

The following thread discussed a similar problem but it couldn't help
us:

The net result is that we cannot import the pools we exported before
upgrading from 77 to 105. Any ideas? Does the prtconf output reveal that
our QLogic card is no longer supported?
