No, I only tried RAIDZ. The reason I stick to RAIDZ is that with 4x1TB
disks I get 3TB space and 40MB/sec is good enough for me :-)

I use several Solairs clients and a Windows XP/Vista dual-boot client
with this Atom 330 based NAS box, all of them are connected to a Netgear
Gigabit desktop switch. But I don't see much difference regarding the
I/O rate for different client OS: average read @ 40~45MB/sec, average
write @ 35~40MB/sec.
