It looks like we've fallen behind posting the iSER binaries.  I just 
uploaded the binaries from our most recent build (1/15).  You can 
install the 1/15 binaries on build 105 (which is what they are compiled 
against) and they should be suitable for evaluating iSER on COMSTAR.
