Hi Robert, I was hoping to have a fourth option: somebody already went through this issue and was willing to share his/her findings :)
Anyway, for now I'm with zvol default value (and ntfs one) and all seems fine, I can saturate a couple of 1Gb links very very easily. Best regards.
