I have exactly the same problem with another SXCE snv_101 system (1
target port offline).
The problem seems to be the result of huge data copy operation beetween
the Solaris boxes and other SAN Systems. I'am trying to reproduce the
problem.

In the two configuration impacted, the storage is internal (drive
connected to Adaptec 3805 or 31605 SAS/SATA Controller).
HBAs are Qlogic 2462.
